退輔會主委李翔宙昨日被國民黨立委質疑，為了在民進黨政府當求官，而放棄國民黨籍，李因此請辭職務，今(13)日傳出外交部長李大維、國防部長馮世寬仍具有國民黨籍。不過李大維、馮世寬、李翔宙等具國民黨籍的政務官，在去年被國民黨相關權責單位停權，2016年5月時國民黨還曾對外強調，李大維等人在民進黨政府內的所有作為，與國民黨完全無關。
退輔會主委李翔宙昨日在立法院備詢時，被國民黨立委質疑是否為了要擔任民進黨政府的政務官，因而放棄國民黨籍，由於藍委用求官一詞形容李翔宙，讓李認為遭到汙衊，因此宣布請辭退輔會主委職務。
對於政務官的黨籍爭議，民進黨立委林俊憲今日受訪時表示，民進黨政府過去也用過非民進黨的人，例如前總統陳水扁時代的第一任行政院長唐飛、現任的國民黨副主席郝龍斌也曾擔任環保署長，也都不是民進黨籍，當時這些人受到的評價以及去留，都不是黨派因素，而是工作上表現，李翔宙現在因問黨籍問題，受到國民黨立委羞辱，這種作法非常不好。
林俊憲說，用人是看職務專業表現，若工作不受黨派影響，應該是用人唯才。
曾在八點檔連續劇《嫁妝》演出的女星鍾雅如，在臉書PO文表示，最近一直被不明男子電話、簡訊騷擾，甚至還猥褻說「我要跟妳做愛」，對方甚至知道她的停車位置，讓她嚇到去報案，要跟對方法院見。
鍾雅如在臉書說：「最近有一個人一直在我的臉書私訊說些不堪入目的話，並且知道我的車子停在哪裡，還抄下了我的電話不斷打電話騷擾恐嚇我，今天我已經去警察局報案並提出對XXX先生的告訴，你的語音及訊息都已經被採證，我們到時候法院見。」
根據蘋果日報報導，鍾雅如透露自己已經被騷擾了一個禮拜，男子不僅騷擾傳簡訊說「妳跳舞的樣子好淫蕩」，甚至在她的停車處抄下電話，瘋狂傳猥褻語音給她，令她不勝其擾，只好找警察處理訴諸法律。
